She was born in Knoxville, Tenn. and had been a resident of Interlachen for the past 15 years, coming from Jacksonville. While living in Jacksonville, she was employed by Stockton, Whatley and Davin and later by Washington Mutual. She was a member of the Cedar Bay Baptist Church in Jacksonville, where she sang in the choir. She loved her work and after retirement she was a dedicated homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Leon "Pete" Tribbitt of Interlachen; one son, Robin Shawn Daniel of Jacksonville; one brother, Ronald Combs of Maryville, Tenn. and three sisters, Rosetta Coats of Orlando, and Corletta Wells and Betty Ann Johnson, both of Knoxville, Tenn.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 22 at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville.
