The Missouri Death Certificates, 1910 – 1962, lists his name as Orland H. Meadows

His date of birth is listed as Feb. 12, 1894 but it appears somebody tried to make 1894 into 1889. He probably was born on Jan. 11, 1894 but the death cetrificate lists Feb. 12, 1894 so to me that takes precendent even if it is not correct. He is listed as being born in Licking, Mo. Texas Co. and was living in Licking, Mo. Texas Co. until he entered Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. at some unknown date and died while in the hospital.
