Bourgeois of Portsmouth; a sister, Renee Hartzell of Chesapeake; a brother, Thomas D. Bourgeois of Tallahassee, Fla.; and his paternal grandfather, Tom Bourgeois of Woodville, Fla.
A private memorial service will be held Friday at the Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is in charge.
