Victor Manuel Aldava, Jr. Age 61, at rest Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at his home with his family by his side. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico on February 10, 1948 to the late Victor Jr. and Concepcion (Nee Meza) Aldava. Preceded by his parents, father and mother-in-law, Jose and Nicolasa (Nee Avina) Esquibel; brother Antonio Aldava; sister-in-laws Enriqueta Franco Aldava, Julia Esquibel, Frances Medina and Caroline Mirelez; brother-in-laws Peter Esquibel, Fred Medina, Julio Sanchez and Wayne South. Survivors include his wife of 36 years Vera (Nee Esquibel) Aldava; two sons Victor III Aldava (Isabel) and Jose Aldava (Malanie); daughter Carolina Aldava (Danny); brothers Jose (Mari), Jesus and Pedro Aldava; sisters Leticia (Jesus) Acosta, Carmen (Antonio) Rodriguez, Amparo, Mercedes, Alicia and Antonia Aldava; brother-in-law Fidel Mirelez; sister-in-laws Rebecca South, Amelia Sanchez; grandchildren Nicolasa, Annalise, Jose, George, Synthea and Elisabeth Aldava and Ernesto Hernandez. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Resident of the Joliet and Lockport area for the past 40 years was employed by stone container in Plainfield for 21 years and Dyna Core in Joliet, until becoming disabled. Victor enjoyed dancing and going to baseball and soccer games. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren he was also blessed with an enormous amount of friends.
