Admal Brian Brittain, age 48, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2016 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. He was the son of Gwendolyn Marcella Lucas Brittain and the late Jacob (Jay) Morris Brittain, Sr., In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Otis Brittain.
Brian was a member of McAdenville Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, Brian is survived by his daughter, Journey M. Brittain; brother, Jacob Morris Brittain, Jr. (Barbara); sisters, Angie Brittain Brewer (Luke), Audrey Brittain Owenby (Kevin).
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Bumgardner Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors of Belmont with Rev. Walt Griggs officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Gaston Memorial Park.
