Franklin L. Fritts was the son and only child of Edith Mae (Kemp) Fritts and George Jefferson Fritts. Almost everyone called him "Frank" except his mother, my Grandaunt Edith. She almost always called him by his middle name, Lorraine, which was the name of her beloved father. Frank lived most of his life in Baltimore. He was married to Loretta in the late 1940's. The marriage produced 2 sons....Franklin Kemp Fritts and Jeffrey Fritts. Frank and Loretta divorced; Frank never remarried. He is interred with his parents at Meadowridge Memorial Park in Howard County, Maryland. His grave is unmarked.
