He is survived by his wife, Martha; sons, Russell, Ecumclaw, Washington, Ronald, Cortez, Colorado; daughter, Claudia Pitcher, Flagstaff; and two brothers living in Missouri.

His ashes were scattered on an area that had meaning to him.
