Velma Francis Duggins, age 81, of Lyles, was the daughter of the late William R and Dessie Broderick Darks. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth C Duggins and son, Kenneth Shawn Duggins. She is survived by her daughters, LaWanda (David) Baker of Hammond, IN, Tammie (Doug) Hanson of Frankfort, IL, Sherry (Scott) Husley-Stiltner and Shannon (Steve) Anderson both of Lyles, TN; sons, Paul Duggins of Lyons, IL, Troy (Jamie) Duggins of Maryville, OH, Ernest (Donna) Glasgow of Gallatin, TN; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
