GEORGE LAMSON
Funeral services for George Lamson, 78, who died Tuesday at Port Washington,
were held Friday afternoon at the Grand avenue, Evangelical church at Port
Washington, the Rev. Charles Roth officiating. He was buried in the church
cemetery.
He has made his home with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin
Lamson, for the past 17 years.
Mr. Lamson was born in 1867 and came to Two Rivers many years ago. From 1911
through 1928 he was employed at the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing company plant
in Two Rivers.
His wife preceded him in death in 1927. His son Calvin married shortly there-
after, and Mr. Lamson moved to Port Washington to live with them.
Survivors are the son, Calvin, a step-son, Earl Matthies, Port Washington,
and four grandchildren.
