A report from Sheboygan states that John Landt had died Tuesday while
visiting there with his family. We have no further details.

Regarding the sudden death of John Landt of Two Rivers, we reprint the
following material from the “National-Demokrat” of Sheboygan, in which
city he met his death: John Landt, a 33-year old butcher from Two Rivers,
recently came to Sheboygan to visit Mr. and Mrs. Anton Herman. The latter
is a sister-in-law of his. On Sunday Landt suddenly became violent and the
police were called. He ultimately died of convulsions on Tuesday afternoon
and Wednesday his body was taken to Two Rivers where the funeral was held
on Thursday. In addition to his widow he is survived by 2 children, as well
as his elderly parents and several sisters.
