Helen and Roy met in Charlotte, NC while she was working for Roy's father. They enjoyed a memorable life together and celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary this past June. She taught in the CFUMC preschool and volunteered for several years in the church office. When she was chairman of the hospitality committee in the Friendship Class she made sure all sick or grieving members had meals and TLC. Helen was a kind, loving and compassionate woman.
