Paul R. Bricker Sr., 76, of 45 Grandview Road, Hummelstown, died Saturday in Hershey Medical Center. He retired as a machinist from Conrail and had been employed by the former Reading Railroad; was an Army veteran; served in World War II; was a member of the Railroad Retirees Breakfast Club and the AFL-CIO of Pennsylvania; was a former member of the Hummelstown Field & Stream Association; and was an avid fisherman. Surviving are his wife, Romaine G. Hixon Bricker; four sons, Paul R. Jr. of Etters; Michael J. Heagy of Bensalem; Steven J. Heagy of Columbia; and Samuel J. Heagy of Hummelstown; one daughter, Kathy L. Stoner of Hummelstown; three brothers, Russell E. Sr. of Middletown, and Harvey R. and Harry A., both of Hummelstown; two sisters, Dorothy R. Potteiger of Middletown and Arlene E. Brunner of Hummelstown; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home Inc., 114 W. Main St., Hummelstown. Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp. Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Four Diamonds Fund, c/o Hershey Medical Center, 500 University Drive, Hershey, 17033.
