Son of Fred and Caroline Weigel. Husband of Nellie Dailey. Brother of William, Charles, Albert, Clara, Paul and Edwin Weigel and Elsie Cooper.

Chicago Tribune, September 21, 1955:

"Fred H. Weigel, 60, of 135 LeGrande blvd., Aurora, died yesterday in St. Joseph Mercy hospital, Aurora. Mr. Weigel was secretary of the Lincoln Memorial Park association and for many years was general manager of its cemetery. Surviving are his widow, Nellie; four brothers, and two sisters. Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 213 N. Lake st., Aurora."
