EUNICE W. RASTL, 90, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at Parkview Hospital. She was born on Dec. 21, 1920, in Nokomis, Ill.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid at the church, LWML, and Concordia Theological Seminary Women's Guild.

Surviving are her husband, Rev. Marvin L.; daughters, Lois (Philip) Cain of Fortson, Ga., Marlyss Smith of Lexington, Ky., Priscilla (David) Evans of Fort Wayne, Naomi (Leroy) Brown of Martinsville, Ind., and Ruth (Mark) Dixon of Clawson, Mich.; sons, Ronald Rastl of Fort Wayne and Rev. Nathan (Barbara) Rastl of Vincennes, Ind.; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Lutheran Rastl; and granddaughter, Sherry Campbell.

Funeral service is 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1126 S. Barr St., with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Peter Cage officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 21, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Entombment in Lindenwood Cemetery.
