Funeral services for Georgia Laverne Trapp Dixon, 88, of Leesville were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006 at United Pentecostal Church of Anacoco, the Rev. C.D. Dowden officiated. Burial followed in Self Cemetery in Hornbeck under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Mrs. Dixon passed away Thursday, Oct. 5, at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Dixon, one son Wayne Dixon and her parents Malcolm Benton Trapp and Nancy Emily Self Trapp
She is survived by one son, Willie Dixon of Anacoco, and sister, Opal Trapp Miller of
Anacoco.
