Mrs. Tammy "Aunt Pipa" Carlton, age 41, of Rockmart passed away Monday, March 21, 2016.

Tammy was born in Rome, GA on July 2, 1974 a daughter of Jimmie Brown and the late Sandra Smith Brown.

She had lived in Polk County all of her life where she was a homemaker and a member of the Lake View Baptist Church.

Tammy enjoyed spending time with her family and church activities. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Lanham Carlton.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Carlton to whom she was married on October 29, 1994; three children: Logan Carlton, Tillman Carlton and Laney-Beth Carlton all of Rockmart; father and step-mother: Jimmie and Billie Jean Brown, Rockmart; sister, Dee Dee Cook, Aragon; brother, Jim Brown, Rockmart; and extended family.

Private graveside services were held on Saturday, March 26, 2106 in the Cornerstone Baptist Church Cemetery.
