Dies at Petersburg

George E. Andrews, 64, of 1509 West Main St., senior partner in the Andrews Printing Company here, died Friday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Cora Blankenship, in Petersburg. Funeral arrangements had not been completed last night.

Mr. Andrews was a native of Petersburg and had been engaged in the printing business for nearly 50 years, first in his native city and then in Richmond. He operated the printing company here in partnership with his son, M. Coleman Andrews.

He is survived by another son, Stuart F. Andrews, of Cincinnati; one daughter, Mrs. Louise Whitehead, of Richmond; two sisters, Mrs. Blankenship and Miss Annie Andrews, of Petersburg, and three grandchildren.

A funeral service for George E. Andrews, 64, senior partner in the Andrews Printing Company, who died Friday at the home of a sister, Mrs. Cora Blankenship, in Petersburg, will be held at 4 P.M. Monday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

A native of Petersburg, Mr. Andrews had been engaged in the printing business for approximately 50 years, first in Petersburg and later in Richmond. He operated the printing shop here in partnership with his son, M. Coleman Andrews. He lived at 1509 West Main Street.

He is survived by another son, Stuart F. Andrews, of Cincinnati, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Whitehead, of Richmond; two sisters, Mrs. Blankenship and Miss Annie Andrews, of Petersburg, and three grandchildren.
