Little Flower
Little Flower, you're a lucky one
you soak in all the lovely sun
you stand and watch it all go by
and never once do bat an eye
while others have to fight and strain
against the world and its every pain
of living.
But you must, too, have wars to fight
the cold bleak darkness of every night
of a bigger vine who seeks to grow
and is able to stand the rain and snow
and yet you never let it show
on your pretty face.

-Grace Kelly

*Because of ill health, (Perhaps) Minnie went to live with her Aunt and Uncle Samuel and Hannah Lyle Wright in Eldon, Wapello County Iowa and became a part of their family. The family buried her with the name Wright, in addition to the name Marsh. Minnie never married, and died at 16 years of age.
*According to Rootsweb, Minnie most likely went to live with her aunt because her mother had died. This is implied by her father's second marriage in 1891.

Uncle Samuel:
Samuel Milton Wright
Aunt Hannah:
Hannah E. Lyle Wright
