Hannah G. Stratton was the youngest of 11-12 children born to William Stratton & Mary Evans in Boggs Township. She first married James H. Blake in 1860 at her brother-in-laws (Andrew Bainey) house per extensive civil war widow pension records. Her husband was killed in the civil war in 1862 by friendly fire. She married George W. Harris in 1871 and they resided in Boggs.

She died in Runville, Boggs Twp per her PA death record and is buried at the Advent Cemetery. She and George W. Harris did not have any children.
