He was born on February 9, 1963, in Houston, Texas. He was a plumber and a Christian and lived most of his life in Brownwood. He was a 1981 graduate of Brownwood High School.
Survivors include: his mother, Rosemary Harlow of Brownwood; father, Kenneth L. Grammer and wife, Kameron of New Braunfels; brother, Ken W. Grammer of New Braunfels; he is also survived by other Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
