Adam Arnold Blystone, 34, of Shelocta, died Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
The son of Arnold and Donna (Lewis) Blystone, he was born Aug. 5, 1976, in Indiana.
Adam was a member of the Divine Destiny Ministries Church. His interests included camping and fishing with his children.
Adam will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend.
Surviving are his parents, Arnold and Donna Blystone, Creekside; wife Joni Rae (Lopatka) Blystone and their children, Joshua and Caitlin; brothers Robert and Kenneth, Creekside, and Timothy and his wife Tina, Punxsutawney; sisters Donna Jean Ford and husband Ron, Indiana, and Laura Goodlin and husband Mark, Cookport; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Adam was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the John A. Lefdahl funeral home.
Funeral services will immediately follow at 8 p.m. in the Lefdahl Chapel.
Interment in Sample Run Cemetery will be private.
