Henry Elson “Dicky” Addy, Jr., age 67, of Arkadelphia passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 in Little Rock. He was born February 2, 1949 in Hot Springs to Henry E. “Dick” and Emma Dee Addy and his parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his uncle, James (Jeanette) Houpt of Swansea, Illinois, several cousins and many friends.

Dicky enjoyed the outdoors, with camping, fishing, hunting and golf being some of his interests. He participated in the Arkadelphia water ski club. He was employed at Featherlite in Hot Springs, before disabilities sidelined his career. He was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church and loved Arkadelphia and the surrounding community.

Dicky was a quiet fellow, but was grateful for even the small things others did for him, always offering a kind word of thanks. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 13th at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Jeff Krisell officiating. Visitation will be noon until 1:30 PM Wednesday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
