He is survived by wife Lourdes B., hanai son Ryan Panday and sister Tsuyuko Sura.

Mass: 10 a.m. Jan. 6 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe, Kauai. Call after 8 a.m. Casual attire.
