New Hampton - Elmer W Boynton, 65, a lifelong resident of this town, died Monday morning at the Laconia Hospital, after a brief illness. He was a millwright by trade.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Grace (Goss) Boynton; four sons, Horace E. Boynton of this town, William E. Boynton of South Paris, Me., Walter J. Boynton of Ashland and Clarence J. Boynton of New Hampton; three daughters, Mrs. Louise Drake of New Hampton, Mrs. Doris Sidney of Quincy, Mass., and Mrs. Grace Adams of Bristol; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Drake and Mrs. Blanche Taylor, both of New Hampton, Mrs. Lucy Lowell of Meredith and Mrs. Alice Hughes of Center Harbor; 21 grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the First Baptist Church, Ashland. Burial will be in Meredith Village cemetery. Friends may call at the Munsey and Weeks Funeral home, Lakeport until Wednesday noon. >The Ashland Citizen.
