Homer married Agnes Britton. They had 3 children. then he married Mary Willana Arnold. They had 1 son. Homer was a farmer, & Graham City Marshal.
Obit: Services for Homer Milton Ford, Jr were held at the home of Sam Easterling at South Bend, Texas. Mr. Ford died at his home in South Bend on Sunday. He had been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Easterly.
Homer Milton Ford, Jr was one of the best known men in Young County, Texas. He came here in 1876 settling in the Arkansas community which later became the South Bend community. He was engaged in business in Graham, Texas later in life until the mid-1920s when oil was struck on his extensive land in the South Bend area. Survived by two sons - Dud Ford and Hilton Ford; one daughter - Mrs. Sam Easterly; one sister; two brothers.
