Mr. Freier was born in Port
Washington, Wisc., March 24,
1898, to Wm. and Mary Freier. He
moved with his parents to New
Trier, Minn., in his infancy. He
was baptized in infancy and confirmed
in the Immanuel Lutheran
church, Odebolt, in 1931. He was
member of that church until
his death.

Mr. Freier came to Iowa to
live in 1928 and married Ottelia
Schramm Nov. 27, 1929, at Immanuel
Lutheran church, Odebolt.
Their union was blessed with one
son, Eugene.

Mr. Freier began farming south
of Early in 1936. He continued
to live on the same farm retiring
in 1965 due to his health.

who attended the funeral services
