Husband of Florence Josephine Carr McDaniel and Father of Lottie Faye, Winifred, Amy, Florence, & William Kent McDaniel. Was a Circuit Preacher for The United Brethren Church in Ohio, Maryland & Pennsylavania. Was also the son of Rev. William Kent McDaniel, a United Brethren circuit preacher in Ohio. They were directly descended from Henry McDaniel, Jr., a patriot during the American Revolution. Charles died during a tuberculosis outbreak.
