Mark was a crime writer and fan of horror cinema, books and video games. Mark was a graduate of Oldham County High School and worked in the printing industry for 22 years.
He is preceded in death by his father Glen Cole.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Peggy and Leon Shadowen; sisters, Debbie Cole Sharp and Kristie Allen; brothers, Phillip Cole and Donnie Allen; stepmother, Rhonda Cole; several nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Funeral service will be 1pm Wednesday at Oldham County Funeral Home, 706 W. Jefferson St., LaGrange, KY with burial to follow in Brownsboro/Harrods Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
