Mr. Carcelli, known as "Bimbo," was born Nov. 24 1955 in Youngstown, a son of Robert D. and Josephine Dalessandro Carcelli. He was a 1974 graduate of Struthers High School, where he played football and was active with its radio station WKTL.
After graduation, he worked for WKBN Radio 57 until relocating to Las Vegas in 1977. He was employed by the Barbary Coast in Las Vegas as a security guard and later as a dealer through 1984. He worked for the Tropicana Casino from 1984 to 1996.
He was survived by his wife Julie Carcelli of Garden City SC and his first wife Louise Carcelli of Las Vegas; he leaves a son Zachery of Myrtle Beach SC; two brothers Robert and Ronald both of Struthers; and a sister Donna Sanetrick of Canfield.
He was preceded by his father Robert Dominic Carcelli; his mother Josephine Delsandro Carcelli and a sister Nancy.
Friends called from 10 a.m. until services in the church.
Services were at 7 p.m. Thursday in Church of Las Vegas. Arrangements were by Valley Memorial Cremation and Burial, Las Vegas.
