Robert L. Alspaugh, 32, Young America, passed away at 6:00 am on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at his home. He was born on April 9 1984, in Kokomo, the son of Terry Lee Alspaugh & Kimberly (Davis) Sponaugle. On September 1, 2011, he married Lisa Marie Parks and she survives.
Robert was a stay at home dad who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a member of the Lions Club.
Robert is survived by his wife, Lisa M. Alspaugh, Young America; children, Ashleigh Parks, Kaitlynn Alspaugh, and Robert Alspaugh Jr.; mother and step-father, Kimberly and Kenneth Sponaugle; siblings, Marianne (Ray) Easton, Marisa (Brandon) Smith, Terrie (Larry) Alspaugh, and Julie (Zane) Schmidt; step-siblings, Kimberly Dalton, and Bridgette Durham, along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Terry Alspaugh, and brother, Christopher Sample.
Funeral services April 29, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Young America, 1451 Mill Street, Young America, with Pastor Marty Pursel officiating. Burial Young America Cemetery.
