Mary Ann Ackerman, 72, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Mary was born to Steven and Elizabeth (Hollosi) Toth on August 16, 1937. She was a prep cook at Bob Evens for 15 Years. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, Bingo, camping, playing cards, and loved to watch her family at any of their sporting events. Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clyde; sons, Dennis and Kenneth Ackerman; grandson, Nathan Ackerman; sisters, Irean Giles and Maggie Ulrics. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeffery Ackerman and brothers, Steven, Bill, and Jonny Toth. Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, August 7th, from 1 to 2 p.m. Funeral Service will be the same day at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
