He is survived by daughter: Cynthia; son: Jerry; grandsons: Brendan, Ryan, and James; toy poodle: Tootsie; one cousin and many brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Zetta; parents: Ethel and Donald Kitch; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Muncie and Lizzie Meade; brothers: Eugene and Thomas and first wife: Lois.
Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held Saturday, July 19, at 12:00PM, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky. His ashes will be laid to rest with his wife Zetta at the Meade Cemetery at Dema, Kentucky.
