CARLISLE Sylvia R. Shultz, 78, of 858 W. North St. died Wednesday in Carlisle Hospital.
She was a member of Evangelical Christian Church.
She was the widow of Preston K. Shultz. Surviving are four grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Saturday in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kutz's Church Cemetery, Middlesex Twp.
