Donna Jean McCrehin, 74 of Holden, Missouri formerly of Independence passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center.
Donna was born March 8, 1942 in Kansas City, the daughter of W. C. Jones and Virginia Lucille (Thompson) Jones. She graduated from Van Horn High School in Independence. She was united in marriage to Lloyd C. McCrehin on January 22, 1965 in Independence. In January of 1976, the couple moved to Holden. Donna was a cook at Holden Middle School for many years. Her hobbies included ceramics at one time and also computer games.
Survivors include her husband, son, daughter, sister. six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 10th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden with Father Pete Savidge officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Holden.
