SALT LAKE CITY—Funeral services for Lois May Hunter Bush were conducted Friday, Dec. 19, at the Canyon Rim Fourth Ward Chapel in Salt Lake City.
Interment took place in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in Salt Lake City.
Mrs. Bush, 67, former longtime resident of Green River and Rock Springs, died at her home Dec. 15 in Salt Lake City.
She was born March 31, 1919 in Montpelier, Idaho, the daughter of George and Mary Lurania Hunter. The family moved to Green River Sept. 1, 1929, where she attended school.
She married Arnold Tolton in 1936 in Manila, Utah. They had a daughter, Joan Carol. They were later divorced.
She married Herschel Bush of Rock Springs. They later moved to Salt Lake City in 1960.
Mrs. Bush was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions.
She is survived by her husband Herschel of Salt Lake City; five daughters, Mrs. Gordon (Joan) Bischoff of Orangevale, Calif., Mrs. Jose Luis (Barbara) Aldox of Aztec, N.M., Mrs. Mickey (Betty) Powers of Lyman, Mrs. LeDel (Janet) Pace of Woods Cross, Utah and Mrs. Louis (Jane) Miler of Salt Lake City; two brothers, E. Woodrow Hunter of Green River and George Harold Hunter of St. George, Utah; two sisters, Mrs. Dick (Mozelle) Francom of Green River and Mrs. Willard (Marjean) Wall of San Jose, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and 13 nieces and nephews.
