Age 90 years, of Cumberland died Monday, May 2, 2016 at his home. He was born July 25, 1925 in Two Rivers, WI to Bernard and Teckla (Bonk) Dombrowski, and graduated from Two Rivers High School. At age 17, he enlisted with the US Marine Corps and helped secure the island of Okinawa. He was married in on , to Edith Robinson who preceded him in death on May 2, 1992. Ray worked for many years at AC Delco and Zerand Corp in the Milwaukee area. In his younger years, Ray was an excellent bowler and enjoyed deer hunting.

He is survived by his children: Linda Timm of Tyler, TX, Jim Dorn of Palestine, TX and Phil (Donna) Dorn of Cumberland; grandchildren, Alexandra Timm of Hartford and Amber Dorn of Hayward; his sister, Joan (Bill) Otto of Rochester, MN and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by 2 children, Richard and Michael.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home, Mequon, WI. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon, WI with full military honors accorded by Wisconsin Military Honors Team. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Wednesday.
