Kristina Marie Baesman, 45, of Stone Mountain, passed away Sunday, April 24th, from complications of diabetes. She graduated from Atlanta College of Art with a degree in Fine Arts, majoring in photography. Kris had a special love for animals and nature, spending much of her time outdoors. she was a beautiful person inside and out, she will be missed.
She is survived by her husband Hue Jacobs, her parents Jane and Bob Baesman, her brother Karl.
There will be a Celebration of her life Saturday April, 30 at Sweetwater Creek State Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Atlanta SPCA, American Diabetes Association or the Nature Conservancy
Kris donated her body to Lifequest.
