Pounders, Ruth E., age 84, wife of the late Gaither Ray. Beloved mother of Dianne Holguin, Gerald (Rosita), Robert Keith (Holly), and the late Larry Pounders. Loving grandmother of Theresa (Kevin), Gary (Rebecca), AmyRuth (Greg), Kelly, Zachary, Tony (Kaitlin), and Jamie (Jacob). Great grandmother of Eric, Hayley, Billie, Gavin, Seth, Alex, Nichalas and Jack. Dear sister of Betty Hogan, James Puckett, and the late William and Samuel Puckett and Carol Simkus.

Visitation Wednesday, 3-8 p.m. with Service Thursday morning at Charles Step Funeral Home, 18425 Beech Daly Rd. (between 6 and 7 miles) in Redford.

Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Condolences to Charlesstepfuneralhome.com
