Charles S. (Charlie) Kring, age 84, of Genoa, Arkansas, died Saturday, May 7, 2016, in a local hospital. He was born August 17, 1931, at Genoa, Arkansas and had lived most of his life in Genoa.
He was a retired Physics Engineer at Lockheed Martin and was a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include two brothers, Denver Kring of Russellville, Arkansas, and Curtis Kring of Quincy, Illinois, three sisters, Angel Smith of Benton, Arkansas, Sylvia K. Green of Genoa, Arkansas, and Joyce K. Adams of Texarkana, Arkansas, several nieces and nephews, including one special nephew, Richard Johnson of Genoa, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday at the Texarkana Funeral Home Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery with military rites.
