He married ANNIE SMITH November 03, 1872 in Smith County, Tennessee, daughter of DANIEL SMITH and MARY STEPHENS. She was born July 10, 1842 in Elmwood, Smith County, Tennessee, and died July 01, 1932 in Smith County, Tennessee.

ALEXANDER SADLER was the grandson of HENRY SADLER and ELIZABETH "BETSY" CARPENTER.

SADLER, ALEX: Alex Sadler, living near here, who had been sick for some time, died last Saturday, aged 59 years, and was buried at Joshua Dickens place. He leaves a wife and four children. He was a Methodist, belonging to Bank's Chapel, M. E. Church. (Maggart) [Date 11/5/1896, Vol. IX, No. 3, Page 1]

2. JOHN LOGAN SADLER born February 10, 1877 in Smith County, Tennessee, and died August 01, 1962 in Smith County, Tennessee.
He married LUSETTA LOMAN September 01, 1895 in Smith County, Tennessee, daughter of TEMPY C.
