LOUISVILLE, Ky. โ Miles Lee Douglas, 87, of Louisville, formerly of Carrollton, Ky., died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, at his daughter's home in Corydon, Ind.
Funeral services were Friday, Sept. 15, at J.E. Ratterman & Son, 7330 Southside Drive, with cremation to follow.
He married Doris Williams.
He was a retired truck driver for Phillip Morris-Banner Transfer.
He was a member of Teamsters Union local 89.
Survivors include his wife; five sons, Ernie Lee and Jason Lee Douglas, William A. Prior, Joseph Allan Prior, and David A. Prior; three daughters, Lisa A. Lung, Sharon Seum and Sheryl Mohr; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a niece.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Toni Prior; a sister; and five brothers.
Memorials may be directed toward the Kosair Children's Hospital.
