Hildreth Glenn Haught "Shorty," of Stonewood, W. Va., formerly of Hartville, Ohio, died Sept. 25, 2006.
He was born Jan. 29, 1918, in Gloucester, Ohio, son of the late Russell and Hughie Haught. He retired from B.F. Goodrich after 38 years service.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Eugene, and sister, Ruth. He is survived by wife of 66 years, Ada Mildred (nee Sees), whom he married Sept. 14, 1940; sons, Glenn Haught (Linda) of Bowling Green, Ohio, Larry Haught (Linda) of Stonewood, W. Va., and Gary Haught (Becky) of Canton, Ohio; grandchildren, Melissa and Gerald, Larry II, Laura and Troy, Kelly, Michelle and Shaun; great-grandchildren, Heather, Malerie, Scott, and Alex.
Viewing will be held at Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 E. Main St., Clarksburg, W. Va. (304-624-5404), from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29. Chapel services and burial at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio (330-733-7538), at 2 p.m. Oct. 2, 2006.
