MY GRAN❤She was born Mary Carlin. She also used to get called 'May'. She was married to Alexander Wightman who passed away on 3rd January 1978. She had four children Margaret, Sandra, Samuel and Mary (May). She sadly passed away on January 13, 2011 at Monklands Hospital. She was a Grandmother to Alan, Lynn, Rebecca, Ricky, Colin and Richard and Great Grandmother to Jack.
My Grandmother had a hard life. Her parents made her leave school at 13 and get a job. She lived through WW2. She was more close to her Grandmother than her own Mother.
Cause of Death: Serious injuries from fall and Alzheimer's.
