Peyton E. Knowlton, 8, of Longmont passed away May 20, 2016 in Longmont. She was born April 20, 2008 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Richard and Mindy (Daniels) Knowlton.

Peyton and her family moved to Longmont in 2011, she was a student at Fall River Elementary School. Peyton was a member of the 100 Mile Club and the YMCA; she loved swimming, riding her bike, doing crafts, singing, dancing, gymnastics and the color pink. Peyton loved her family, playing with her siblings and friends, and she never knew a stranger. Peyton always had the biggest smile and an infectious laugh. She could brighten up any room by just being there. You couldn't help but fall in love with her.

Peyton is survived by her father Richard Knowlton and wife Barbara, her mother Mindy Shetley and husband Cody, brothers; Zairian and Jayren Knowlton, her sisters Skylar Shetley, Sienna Knowlton, Aja Bard, and her many grandparents and great grandparents.

Celebration of Life service will be 1:30 PM Thursday May 26, 2016 at LifeBridge Christian Church. Anyone who wishes to attend is encouraged to wear pink in Peyton's honor. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory, private inurnment will be at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
