Randolph, Florida and Norma Wright, West Virginia; 3 sisters, Doletta Paul, Ohio, Terri Miller, West Virginia, Rhea Bailey, West Virginia. Visitation Oct. 24, 4pm at Arlington Mortuary, Riverside.
