Funeral services for Sharon Isabelle Gresham, 58, Charlestown, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 27, at Garr Funeral Home, Sellersburg, with burial at Mountain Grove Cemetery, Henryville. She passed away Monday, May 24, 2016, at Kentuckiana Medical Center, Clarksville.
She was born May 15, 1958 to the late Freeman and Myrtle Edwards in Louisville. Sharon worked as a school crossing guard for New Albany/Floyd County Schools. She attended church service at River Crossing in Charlestown and loved to read her bible and daily scriptures. She was a loving and giving woman who will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her sons, Raymond Gresham Jr., Palmyra, and Steve Gresham, English; daughter, Kristina (Rick) McCurry, Palmyra; brothers, Keith (Regina), Fredericksburg, and Phillip Edward, New, Albany; sisters, Marilyn Hammack, Corydon, and Patricia Edwards, Louisville; and grandchildren, Lacie Curry, Joseph Curry, Justin Gresham, Zachary Gresham, Elijah Gresham, Ella Gresham, and Issac Gresham.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
