Joan Annette Foy Lower, 68 of Mims, Florida passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014.
Joan was born on October 24, 1945 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Howard and Ellavene (McFadden) Foy who have both preceded her in death. Joan served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. She enjoyed sky diving, water skiing and experiencing different restaurants. One special memory of Joan's was a trip by motor home to the west coast with some close friends.
Joan is survived by her husband of 47 years, Danny C. Lower; son, Jeffrey P. Lower; grandchildren, Danny and Jackie Lower; brother, Howard Foy Jr., brother, Bobby Foy, brother, Jack Foy and sister, Patricia Foy . She was preceded in death by her brother Cyrus Lee Foy.
