Ron was a radio and television broadcaster in Harrisburg, PA from 1947-1982. He hosted The Ron Drake Show on WHP-AM, and Record Room and TV Teen Time on WHP-TV. He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Ann Dunn Drake of Penbrook, PA. There will be no services per Ron's request. Donations may be made in his name to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Ft. Myers, FL 3390. In his decades of broadcasting, Ron shared his sense of humor with all of Central Pennsylvania. In life, he shared it individually with everyone he met. The laughter and love that he brought into the world will remain long after his passing.
