Sheila Chenyena Cessna, 50, passed from this life April 19, 2016 in Eufala, Oklahoma. She was born to Claud and Pat (Smith) Council on June 23, 1965 in Odessa, Texas. She enjoyed fishing and being around all of her friends and family. Sheila is preceded in death by her father and one brother Buster Council. Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday April 22, 2016 at the Burkhart Funeral Service chapel. Interment will follow at Antlers City Cemetery.
