Evelyn E. DeLapp, 77, of Ohio Street, died Oct. 11 at the home of her daughter in Fulton. Mrs. DeLapp was born in New Haven. Her husband, William, died in 1951. Mrs. DeLapp retired in 1978 from the Auxiliary Services Department of State University of New York at Oswego. Mrs. DeLapp was a member of the Salvation Army, where she also served as a volunteer. Surviving are four daughters, Larita Yerdon and Mary Stevens, both of Fulton, Patricia Kandt of Oswego and Peggy Pryor of Scriba; four sons, William L. and Richard A., both of Oswego, Robert F. of Rochester and Donald A. of Webster; two brothers, Carl of Southwest Oswego and Francis Holden of Fulton; a sister, Marion Holden of Southwest Oswego. Services were held Saturday, Oct. 13, at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
